TERMS AND CONDITIONS - MATCHDAY TICKETS

• Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The FA Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Luton Town F.C. Ground Regulations.

• No person may bring into the Stadium or use within the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or the Stadium.

• Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

• The use of a match ticket to enter the Stadium constitutes acceptance of such rules and regulations and the Ground Regulations and Luton Town F.C. reserves the right to eject from the Stadium any person who fails to comply with such rules and regulations.

• A match ticket is valid for the match stated either on the due date or later if postponed. It is not necessarily valid for the replay of a match started and later abandoned.

• In the event of a postponement the ticket will be valid for the re-arranged date. Refunds will only be considered if the ticket is returned to the ticket office not less than 24 hours prior to the kick-off time of the new date.

• It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and kick-off time of the re-arranged matches.

• If the ticket is re-sold or transferred without the written consent of Luton Town F.C., it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Stadium.

• No refund will be given on any match ticket unless it is received by Luton Town F.C. at least 24 hours prior to the advertised kick-off time.

• You are requested to be in your position 30 minutes prior to kick-off.
